Help to Advanced Rapid Library Welcome on the library system Advanced Rapid Library server pages: Žilinská knižnica. In dependence of the setting this system enables search of the catalogue of local library and the distant data sources. Setting is in dominance of the system administrator: Zuzana Mjartanová. Select one catalogue (data source) from the list confirm mode of search ans press button "More". Available ways of search: 1. Simple search Simple search enables simple search in one catalogue and in one field in combination with limits. It is possible to specify or extend the result by combination with further fields. 2. Advanced Search Contrary to simple search this search enables even in the very first step the combination of more fields. 3. Index / Browse Browse enables search in lexicons of terms or direct search in records. 4. Combined Search Contrary to Advanced Search this search enables search of more data sources together and clear display of results number of each database (data source). Selected data source is primal for this way of search. Second step selects secondary sources.
