    AnotáciaThe Aim of the diploma thesis is based on the development and marketing analyses to assess the current situation in the company and Fincentrum. The structure of the thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter is the name definitions to the selected topic. In this section were analysed secondary sources of information in the field of strategic marketing, services marketing, relationship marketing, marketing plan, marketing information system as well as individual analyses that were used in the thesis. In the second chapter, headed analysis of the current situation, we characterized the company and Fincentrum. We were acquainted with its line of business, organizational structure and career in the company. In the third part, we obtained analytical findings were used to develop marketing analytics in the enterprise. Analysed were about the company using SWOT analysis and Porter's model of five competitive forces. We analysed the service, which is brokering financial products. Subsequently, we examined the analysis of customer needs and expectations. In this section, we conducted marketing research that we conducted using questionnaires. Finally, we analysed the market and competition. In the final section, we used the synthetic method and using the results of each marketing analysis, we have come to concrete conclusions and recommendations for the company.
