In addition to the detailed analysis of the topic of conatiner- grown material, the thesis contains the evalution of the experimet. Based experiment consisted of nine combination of three substrates: Kekkila Dark, Kekkila White and clean sphagnum Durpeta with three different container sizes Lännen Plantek: 122,60 and 36. Seed material grown in different combinations showed different values of the meassured indicators. Áfter the first year of cultivation, was found a signifficant impact of sphagnum substrate Durpeta. The impacts of different size of container on material growth has not been statistically significant. After the second year the substrates KekkilaDark and KekkilaWhite were shown as a statistically significant. Similarly all three container sizes were shown a statistically significant impact. Part of the experiment were also carried out chemical analyzes of samples taken from the substrates and the needles. However, the analysis did not show a significant changes in the pressence of individual nutrients in both substrates and needles.
