Lit. - Literatúra prináša a popisuje množstvo indícií týkajúcich sa druhovej a štrukturálnej diverzity porastov. Výskum sa tiež zaoberá ich hodnotením a metódam ich zisťovania. V súčasnosti však chýba výskum týkajúci sa presnosti a citlivosti diverzity na zmeny spôsobené lesopestebnými zásahmi a obhospodarovaním.
