The conditions of small wild animals were analyzed on the basis of hunting statistics for individual years and hunting grounds in the Komárno district. The breeding results were evaluated for the period from 2016 to 2023. The obtained results were the basis of the evaluation of the spring population levels and their comparison with the overall decline of small wild animals, which points to their yearly decrease.
