Janda, Peter, 1988- Vplyv spôsobu upnutia frézovacej hlavy na kvalitu vytvoreného povrchu pri frézovaní na štvorstrannej frézke = The influence of method of clamping milling head to the quality of the surface during milling on the four-sided milling machine / Peter Janda, Richard Kminiak. -- Obr., tab. -- Lit. - The article deals with planar milling on the four-sided milling machine, namely the influence of the type of clamping cutter head shaft and sliding speed on the quality of the surface. The quality of the surface is controlled by the parameter maximum height of roughness profile Rz. Article compares classic clamping and hydraulic clamping eightknife cutter head shaft four-sided milling machine, the three-level sliding velocity vf = 6, 15, 25 m×min−1. The comparison is made on the tangential spruce lumber absolute humidity wa = 9 ÷ 12%, at a cutting speed vc = 58 m×s−1. Article notes that thanks to mounting will eliminate tool clamping in hydraulic cutter head to improve the quality of the surface of 42,85 % of the value of Rz = 241.68 μm in classical clamping cutter head shaft to Rz = 169.18 μm in hydraulic clamping cutter head shaft. It also reaffirms the feed rate of the material significantly affects the workpiece surface roughness for a given designs of cutter head and the manner of its mounting on shaft four-sided milling machine. - Cieľom tohto príspevku je posúdenie vplyvu spôsobov upnutia frézovacej hlavy na hriadeli štvorstrannej frézky a posuvnej rýchlosti na drsnosť povrchu obrábaného materiálu.
