Geffertová, Jarmila, 1956- Porovnanie rozmerových charakteristík rôznych druhov papierenských buničín = Comparsion of the dimensional characteristics of different types of paper pulp / Jarmila Geffertová, Anton Geffert, Blažej Seman. -- The aim of this article was to assess the dimensional characteristics of the fibres of selected types of paper pulp. The obtained values of the dimensional characteristics showed that, on avarage, the fibres of hardwood sulphate pulp were 0.008 mm longer and 1.4 µm narrower than the fibres of beech sulphate pulp, while the shape factor was 0.2 % higher, which could be explained by different representations and different anatomical characteristics of the fibres of processed hardwoods. The differences were more significant at the comparison of sulphate and sulphite beech pulp. These diffrences might be explained by divergences in the process of pulping. There were confirmed the significant differences in the distribution oh the length and width of the kraft pulp made of hardwood and softwood. The differences in the dimensional characteristics of the monitored paper pulp confirmed that to produce hight qvality paper, it is important to use the mixtures of different types of pulp in suitable proportions. - Cieľom tohto príspevku je stanoviť a vzájomne porovnať rozmerové charakteristiky papierenských sulfátových a sulfitových buničín vyrobených z dreva ihličnatých a listnatých drevín.
