    		$a In 2014 conflict in Ukraine erupted. It started as a civil war between pro-Russian rebels and the Government of Ukraine. Conflict quickly proliferated into limited international conflict between Ukraine and the Russian federation after the territory of Crimea was annexed. Means that are used in fighting between belligerents make this conflict hybrid warfare. Conscription in Ukraine was abandoned in 2013 but quickly reintroduced in 2014 after outset of conflict. The main aim of this article is to find out to what extent is conscript army suitable for contemporary conflict management. We assume that Armed Forces of Ukraine make very good example because Ukraine finds itself in security void so its armed forces have to largely rely on itself. In article we try to point out strengths and weaknesses of Armed Forces of Ukraine under conditions of hybrid warfare as well
