    AnnotationAutorka v predkladanom článku venuje pozornosť ústavnej koncepcii práv národnostných menšín a etnických skupín, ktorá je súčasťou systému základných práv a slobôd. Pozornosť je venovaná aj súvisiacej zákonnej úprave a úprave obsiahnutej v medzinárodných dohovoroch o ľudských právach ako aj stručnej analýze vybraných rozhodnutí Ústavného súdu Slovenskej republiky, ktoré sa dotýkajú danej problematiky. Abstract In the presented article the author puts her attention on the constitution conception of rights of minority and ethnic groups which constitute an inseparable part of fundamental rights and freedoms. Further on, the consideration is concerned with the legal amendment and adjustment applied by international agreements regarding human rights which are related with the mentioned conception. Brief analysis of the chosen decisions made by the Constitution Court of the Slovak republic connected with the stated topic is added-on to the content of the article.
