    AnnotationThe question of corruption today is not just a legal, economic or political problem, but even if not an ethical problem. Its solution requires a systemic and comprehensive solution, the synergy of various tools and mechanisms. Organizational culture plays an important role in the corporate environment. If properly set up and supported, it can serve as an effective mechanism of ethical support and the promotion of good practice. The causes of corruption may be weakened or even excluded, perceived rather as inappropriate and rated as incompatible with expectations. A suitable tool for promoting ethical culture is also becoming the ISO 37 000 standard. We will point out its attributes and the appropriate way of building ethical culture in organizations
