The analysis is suppposed to confirm the given hypothesis saying that US foreign policy had started to follow hegemonial status since the beginning of the Cold War bipolar conflict in the previous century. By providing the above mentioned military-historical background, it focuses on geopolitical aspect and deals with the main factors that played a crucial role in the creation and implentation of respective grand strategies.
