In addition to conclusions based on the constitutional principles of the Slovak Republic, several decisions of the Slovak and Czech judicial authorities are the basis of the subject under review In addition to confirming the requirements of the rule of law, the study also draws attention to several critical moments of Slovak practice during a pandemic. In addition to the medical dimension, the fight against a pandemic is also a test of the rule of law by the public authorities.
