Urban, Peter, 1962- K značkovaniu vydry riečnej v povodí stredného Hrona = On the marking of the Eurasian otter in the middle Hron river catchment / Peter Urban, Zuzana Kubíková. -- Research was carried out in two stages (the first in years 2009 – 2010 and the second in 2011 – 2012) using standardized methods in monthly intervals. From a total of 30 controlled sites 19 were positive and 11 were negative (19 were positive in 2009 – 2010 and 15 were positive in 2011 – 2012). During the first stage, we recorded 123 otter marks, of which 101 were spraints. In the second stage, 163 otter marks were recorded, 154 of them were spraints. The results demonstrated that sprainting behaviour was significantly seasonal, the highest number of spraints was found during the winter
