    AnnotationMineralogy and geochemistry of lamprophyres in Nízke Tatry Mts. The late paleozoic dyke rocks are situated of crystalline complexes in Nízke Tatry Mts. The mineral composition is quite simple. The main mafic minerals are: clinopyroxene, hornblende and biotite. Felsic minerals; are alkaline feldspar, plagioklase, quartz. The degree of the alteration of rocks is quite high. According to their chemical composition, the study rocks correspond to calk – alkaline lamprophyres. The age of dyke rocks is 259, 0. ± 2.8 Ma.
