    AnnotationThe notion of quality is not an unknown concept these days. It concerns everyone at a smaller or larger scale. Since quality concerns all spheres of an organisation it is inevitable to focus on the complex provision of quality. That means on the every aspect of an organisation. This results in a greater employee involvement, more flexible and stable activites in terms of social service provision, better satisfaction of individual clients′ needs and consequently a stronger and more stable positioning on the market. The inevitable condition for this is the introduction of new, progressive ways of improving quality of services which are a part of the quality management
