    AnnotationThe author of this work pays attention to the problem of team work particularly to the phase of forming relations between working team members. The goal of this work is to define key attributes of a team which applies a team approach. If a working team does not show signs of a team approach a manager cannot expect positive synergy effects that result from team work. The author recommends managers to focus on building nine preferred attributes which characterize a collective with a team approach. In the work the author describes the signs due to which one can recognize if a team work already exists or just is just being formed. According to the author among key attributes belong: diversity, communication, loyalty, commitment, organization, equality, trust and initiative. In the end the author characterizes also the position and preferred tasks of a manager in the process of a team approach collective formation
