Annotation | The paper reflects the fluctuation in hotels, that causes the increase of costs recruiting new employees, affects the level of satisfaction of the remaining employees, negatively influences the customer satisfaction and consequently the economic result of the hotel. The aim of this paper is to specify the reasons that positively influence the employees´ decision to stay in the hotel with regard to their age and education. We assume that the age structure and achieved education influence quality of employee´s work performed and personal stabilization. The research was undertaken in 2019. We confront the results of the survey with the conclusions of foreign research studies. The contribution of this paper is a proposal of measures to increase personal stabilization in hotels |
