Changes are becoming a daily reality that managers are confronted with every day. The paper focuses on identifying employees' attitudes towards to changes, their behavior, and also compares and describes various concepts aimed at eliminating their resistance behavior. The aim of this paper is based on a comparison of several expert publications, compile a theoretical and empirical framework of concepts that enable managers to investigate the resistance behavior of employees and to choose appropriate strategies to overcome resistance to changes related to the implementation of organizational innovations. The aim of the paper is to propose a model serving as a support tool for business managers in a complex process of managing the implementation and long-term sustainability of organizational innovations. The model points to the need to coordinate the activities of several business areas, which, in our view, are indispensable for successful management of this process, while stressing the importance of the work of managers. One of its benefits is that it is applicable to different types of subjects. This paper focuses on the topic of relationship between flexibility of supply chain and information sharing among partners with emphasis on their managerial practices. Since nowadays competition increases, enterprises give more importance to their supply chain management. Our paper provides a complex look on the issues of flexibility and information sharing in Slovak automotive industry and their interdependences. The main aim of this study is to identify relationships between shared information and flexible parameters of supply chains in automotive industry. Achieved results provide a current image of how supply chain management is handled in Slovakia's most significant industry. Our findings indicate that there is a significant dependence between types of information shared and different flexibility types.
