Analysed were two competitions – races of World champion during session 2015. First race was in Dudince, when he reached national record. The race, where he reached a personal best NR, his heart rate reached an average value of 163 bpm (94.2% ANT), at an average pace of 4:18 min.km-1. On this race was his average walking frequency of 198 steps per minute. On the World championship, when he won, he reached his heart rate is 159 bpm average value (91.9% ANP), at an average pace of 4:25 min.km-1.In this race was his average walking frequency of 197 steps per minute. The aim of this study was to compare the satisfaction with life scores between active and inactive members of the population with different health statuses. Participants (n=664) were divided into two groups based on their health status: a) healthy population (HP,n=313,female=126); and b) people with non-communicable diseases (NCDs; n=351; female=185). The Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) between active and inactive individuals of the population (HP,NCDs) was used. Quantitative variables were presented as the mean of the standard deviation and range. The Pearson chi-square test was used to determine the differences between active and inactive within each population group. We found that the lowest level of LS was presented by inactive people with NCDs with 20.8±7.8 points indicating that this group have neutral LS. All rights reserved. This work is a result of our pedagogical research aimed at obtaining and enlarging the knowledge on evolution changes in the body posture of boys aged 11 15 and possibilities of influencing them by means of compensatory exercises within the framework of physical education (P.E.). and sport lessons. Object of the study were 17 boys attending elementary school in Nitra, who were observed in consecutive years (grades 6 through 9). Totally 5 measurements of body posture were executed. Between the measurements 2 and 3 experimental factor was implemented during a 4-month-long period. The method by Klein and Thomas modified by Mayer (1978) was used for the assessment and classification of body posture. High incidence of wrong body posture was found in all 11 – 15-year-old boys regarding their age. Results of the experiment showed positive effect of application of aimed exercises within P.E. and sport lessons, focusing on influencing wrong body posture, which was significantly manifested by correct body posture. After finishing the experiment without any adequate compensatory procedures the motor system of observed boys reacted by the onset of reversible changes, thus increasing the incidence of indicators of the body posture. There was a shift from 2nd and 3rd qualitative grade into the 4th one in boys (p < 0.05).Based on the results we can state that by early and suitable impacting of wrong body posture of children aged 11 – 15 years we can reach improvement. Vol. 9, no. 2 (2016), pp. 68-72. - Travnik : Univerzitet u Travniku, 2016 Keywords fitness training vertical jump height elite young soccer players Language English Country Bosnia and Herzegovina systematics 796 Annotation The aim of the study was to find out the relationship between tapping frequency of lower limbs and vertical jump heightin elite Slovak soccer players (n = 41, age = 23.6±4.8 years, height = 180.9±7.1cm, weight = 77.3±7.5kg). The level of tapping frequency of lower limbs (TF) was diagnosed by device FiTROtapping, (FiTRONIC, Bratislava, Slovak Republic). The criterion of performance evaluation of every measured soccer player was total number of contacts with both legs on contact mats of mentioned device during 6 s in a standing position. Vertical jump heights were measured by 2 types of vertical jumps with the device FiTROJumper, (FiTRONIC, Bratislava, Slovak Republic): Squat jump (SJ) a Countermovement jump (CMJ). Pearson correlation coefficient (r, α = 0.05) was used for determination of difference significance between observed parameters (TF – SJ; TF – CMJ). Statistical analysis showed linear dependency between TF and SJ (r = 0.45, p<0.05) and as well as between TF and CMJ (r = 0.49, p<0.05) Public work category ADM No. of Archival Copy 40409 Catal.org.
