Descr. abstrakty - abstracts Language French Country Slovak Republic Annotation Notre article traite la problématique des crises en Europe : des crises financières de 2008 et sanitaire de 2020 à l’actuelle crise inflationniste. Premièrement, les origines du retour de l’inflation en Europe sont éclaircies, plus particulièrement dans sa partie orientale, dont la Slovaquie. Après, nous précisons le rôle de l’entreprise dans le processus inflationniste. Finalement, nous analysons les aspects spécifiques des politiques de lutte contre l’inflation en Europe. Notre ambition est de montrer que si les crises créent ou rompent des dépendances, elles sont de plus en plus imbriquées les unes aux autres. Les stratégies de régulation se heurtent désormais non pas à une crise, mais à un enchevêtrement de crises dont les conséquences deviennent l’origine des suivantes. Predpokladáme, že záujem o vidiecke regióny pochádza z nostalgického sentimentu, reprezentovaného objektami (ikonami), ktoré existujú v týchto oblastiach, avšak z praktických dôvodov boli opustené. Posledné dve desaťročia sme na vidieku zaznamenali migráciu talentov, mladých ľudí a zánik priemyslu, preto je veľmi nepravdepodobné očakávať veľké investície vo vidieckych oblastiach výhradne zo strany miestnych obyvateľov. Túžba vrátiť sa do týchto oblastí bude čiastočne spôsobená nostalgickým sentimentom. Kreatívnej obnove objektov na vidieku bránia transakčné náklady a neistota. Nostalgický sentiment má však aj pozitívny význam pre regionálny rozvoj, pretože v porovnaní s mestom na vidieku existuje veľké množstvo nostalgických objektov. Keywords harmonizácia daní priame dane - direct taxes - direct taxation daňová harmonizácia - tax harmonization Language French Country Czech Republic systematics 336.226.111 Annotation In 2011 the European Commission published the proposal for a Directive on a common consolidated corporate tax base (CCCTB). This proposal has not been adopted by the Council so far. In a context of political and economic debate, the proposal might be perceived as one of the instruments which is supposed to contribute to renovating and reconstructing of Europe. However, the publication of the draft CCCTB raises many questions regarding the potential consequences of such an initiative. These consequences were identified from both the macro and micro perspective. On the macroeconomic level, the paper highlights the key factors that can potentially cause changes in tax revenues: harmonization of rules for establishing the CCCTB principles of the distribution of the common consolidated tax base, level of the tax rate convergence.
