Ethical leadership and the implementation of ethical programmes in organizations exist as specific, yet direct ways towards sustainable development, sustainable communities, and sustainable regions, if they contain elements of sustainability. However, it is necessary to initiate an expert discourse with the social partners, begin cooperation with top teams, and formulate common strategies regarding competencies of the leaders and experts in ethics.
