Nábělek, Ludvik Subjective well-being of patients on amisulpride / Ludvik Nábělek, Ján Vongrej, Eva Nábělková. -- In non-intervention open-label observational study the data of 492 patients in acute phase of schizophrenia (treated with flexibly dosed amisulpride) were collected at baseline, week 4, week 8, and week 16. The well-being of probands (measured with "Subjective Well-being under Neuroleptics" scale) was significantly improved (total score of SWN-scale, so as scores in its subscales: self-control, physical functioning, mental functioning, emotional regulation, and social integration).
