There are many methods that help to make correct decisions in order to save time and costs. One of the possibilities is the multicriteria optimization. In the article we point to the method analytical hierarchical process (AHP). AHP helps to decide in the multiple choices and based on the multiple criteria. We present an example of the using this method. The decision making of choice the method for the business process modelling. At present there exist some software programs for using this method. One possibility is the software Expert Choice 11.5.1472, which we will use in the contribution.
