Manželstvo ako konsenzus z aspektu práva platného na Slovensku v prvej polovici 20. storočia / Ivana Šošková. -- The article analyses matrimony as a legally accepted and legally adjusted community of two persons of the opposite sex. The author examines if this on mutual consensus based nexus is showing signs of contract at the level of obligations or not. She finds legal definitions of matrimony in the Czechoslovak law affected by legal dualism throughout the first half of 20th century. Comparing them she clarifies the historical struggle for enforcement of civil-law comprehension of this institute. In this way the author considers the matrimonial law valid in Slovakia in the given time as more modern.
