Meranie a hodnotenie inovačnej výkonnosti a dimenzií inovačných procesov: prípadová štúdia samosprávnych regiónov NUTS III na Slovensku = Measuring and evaluating innovative performance and dimensions of the innovation process: case study of selfgoverning regions NUTS III level in Slovakia / Peter Pisár. -- The article discusses the basic characteristics of the innovation performance of direct application to the conditions of self-governing regions NUTS III level in Slovakia and the existing system of its measurement. Based on theoretical assumptions and existing methodologies suggests the possibility to use the measurement of innovation performance in terms of self-governing regions at NUTS III level in Slovakia. Through the assessment of innovation performance and its individual dimensions can be assembled complex instruments suitable for the particular autonomous region. However, remains an open question whether all self-governing regions in Slovakia able to apply innovation policies relevant to their needs, just because of their current responsibilities and financial, human and technical resources.
