Vyjadrenie priamych a nepriamych nákladov na fluktuáciu v hotelierstve / Radúz Dula. -- Labor turnover is a cost intensive factor of the Slovak hospitality industry, as quality and service is delivered mostly by staff. High levels of turnover not only produce additional costs, but mostly result into low quality of services provided. The aim of this work is to describe and suggest value to direct costs related to turnover and name some of the most common indirect results of high labor turnover, based on data of Slovak Hotels and Restaurants Association research from years 2010-2014. These resulting into examples of labor turnover costs in various hotel positions.
