Integrácia ako konštrukcia Novej Európy = Integration as a construction of New Europe / Jaroslav Ušiak, Jana Lasicová, Jaroslav Baran. -- EÚ ani NATO nie sú uzavretými systémami. Hodnoty, šírené týmito organizáciami sú navonok prezentované politikami, ktoré obidve formulujú. Koncepcie týchto politík nie je možné obmedziť na ich tvorbu či výkon. Je dôležité venovať pozornosť ich dopadom. V súčasnosti prebieha formulácia nových cieľov EÚ a NATO. V rámci tejto aktivity je nevyhnutný aj dialóg s nečlenskými krajinami obidvoch organizácií a následná spätná väzba. V článku sa autori venujú interakcii s Albánskom a Tureckom. Neither EU nor NATO can be an enclosed system. Their values are being mediated outwards through the formation of their policies. The conceptions of these policies, even though they are rigid, cannot be reduced to their registration, or execution, but also need to take into consideration the influence of these entities. Systems in the closer or more remote surroundings need to be accounted for. The enlargement as predicted in the 90's is not an issue anymore. A reformulation of the aim is ongoing. From this perspective a dialogue with non-member states of these international bodies is necessary and a resonance of this dialogue has to be expected. The article is dealing with the interaction with Albania and Turkey.
