    Koncepty zamerané na prekonávanie odporu zamestnancov voči zmenám pri implementácii organizačných inovácií / Mária Kožárová. -- Businesses in today's turbulent environment face the need to make ongoing changes resulting from both the business environment dictated by competition, but also from the needs arising from the internal environment of the business. Changes are becoming a daily reality that managers are confronted with every day. The paper focuses on identifying employees' attitudes towards to changes, their behavior, and also compares and describes various concepts aimed at eliminating their resistance behavior. The aim of this paper is based on a comparison of several expert publications, compile a theoretical and empirical framework of concepts that enable managers to investigate the resistance behavior of employees and to choose appropriate strategies to overcome resistance to changes related to the implementation of organizational innovations.
