    Vzťah medzi sociálnou klímou školskej triedy a autoritou učiteľa v kontexte školskej reformy = The relationship between classroom climate and teacher’s authority in the context of school reform / Štefan Petrík, Petra Fridrichová. -- The study focuses on the relationship between the social climate in the classroom and teacher’s authority in the context of school reform. Teacher’s authority in the educational process manifests mainly as their interactional style. Another element important for the efficiency of the educational process is the classroom social climate, which represents a significant aspect in the school reform at the teacher-pupil level. A research file consisting of 411 primary school pupils (23 classes) was studied to determine their teachers’ interaction styles. Subsequently, the respective classroom social climates were examined. In terms of the research, the relationship between authoritative/tolerant-authoritative teachers and the classroom climate was identified. Empirical data were collected using a survey. A statistically significant relationship was found between the individual dimensions of teachers’ styles of interaction and classroom social climate dimensions
