Príprava učiteľov zameraná na riešenie problémov v multikultúrnom školskom prostredí

Poláková, Eva, 1947- Príprava učiteľov zameraná na riešenie problémov v multikultúrnom školskom prostredí = Teacher training concentrated on solving problems in multicultural school environment / Eva Poláková. -- Nowadays little attention is paid at teacher training programmes on issues regarding human rights although respecting them is the basic precondition of coexistence in multicultural environment. According to the analysis of the content of curriculums of teacher training programmes, these programmes lack subjects that would prepare students for teaching in multicultural student environment. Even when the curriculums contain such subjects, they are usually optional. It is not only the case of multicultural education but also of human and civic rights issues. Currently we are dealing with two projects at Department of Ethics and Civic Education at Faculty of Education, Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica whose final results would facilitate preparation for teaching such topics. Our project APVV-14-0176: Didactical Tools Facilitating Implementation of Chosen Topics into Teaching of Ethics at Second Grade of Elementary Schools contains a part dedicated to multicultural education and the project KEGA 008UMB-4/2015: Human Rights and Education against Prejudice deals with the shortage of adequate didactical materials in the field stated in its title.
