With the growing demand for this property, the first concept of an efficient data storage called relational databases was developed in the 1960s this type of databases is still used as the primary data storage to this day. In recent years, however, relational databases have failed to deal with two aspects of modern data: large volumes of data and unstructured data. In order to solve the mentioned problems looser databases with a flexible structure and a more efficient way of working with large volumes of data have been created. In many cases, non-relational databases also called NoSQL databases, have become a replacement for relational databases. Several applications require migration from relational to non-relational databases based on suitable properties while there is number of problems associated with this migration. Previous research suggests, that while using a single coloring algorithm and using various initial graph coloring edges, coloring of such graph may take anywhere from time lower than one millisecond to the time ranging in hundreds of milliseconds. In our case, we use recursive backtracking coloring algorithm based on breadth-first search and implement the change of initial graph coloring edge via permutation of adjacency matrix of graph. In this article, we present a tool created for the needs of analysis of edge coloring of graphs which is based on visualization of edge coloring and we present several problematic subgraphs and patterns which increase the time of edge coloring of cubic graphs. It extends results achieved in tuning proportional-integrative (PI) controller for the integral plus dead time (IPDT) plant models and proportional-derivative (PD) controllers applied to DIPDT plant models. The analysis and optimal tuningby the performance portrait method are using performance measures expressing deviations from piece-wise monotonic ideal output and input shapes. Detail analysis of different design aspects is necessary before starting time-consuming performance portrait generation. Because it is connected to public budgets and their rational use, the measurement of public sector performance is an important consideration. Our paper taps into an interest in the North African and Middle East, where recent protests against totalitarian political regimes, a continuous economic decline and a high unemployment rate especially among the youth suggest the failure of their public sector. This paper creates a new ranking of MENA countries according to their opportunity and Musgravian indicators. The results point to the existence of four main categories of countries classified by the availability of their natural resources.
